Players take on the role of a Mafia boss, initially controlling a gang of thugs and a few businesses. They hire new gangsters to perform dirty work and collect money, while investing in various enterprises such as drug trafficking and loan sharking. Collaborating with other families can lead to big deals, but betrayal is always a risk as players negotiate, spy, and deceive one another throughout the game.
