Nekojima*
On Nekojima, the "Island of Cats" in Japan, players build an electrical grid to supply various lively districts. Installing power poles becomes increasingly challenging due to the limited space and the curious cats that roam the cables.
This wooden dexterity game involves maintaining a balanced structure as players take turns placing or stacking denchuu (power poles) without allowing hanging wires to touch. The game requires careful planning, focus, and skill, with the player who topples the structure losing in competitive play, while cooperative play aims to progress as far as possible.
