From role-playing games to board games & own publishing house
He began writing articles and adventures for role-playing games, first for the magazine Magia i Miecz (Magic and Sword) and later as editor-in-chief of the now defunct bimonthly Portal. In 1999 he founded Portal Games (formerly Portal Publishing), which later published products such as the role-playing games Neuroshima, Monastyr, and the card game Zombiaki, as well as the magazines Gwiezdny Pirat and Świat Gier Planszowych. In addition to being a publisher, Trzewiczek was also the author of many of these products, including helping to develop the Polish New Wave RPG. In later years, he focused on designing board games, some of which have won numerous awards worldwide.
