The best LEGO board, card & dice games 🧱 2026

Looking for a really good LEGO social game? Then we have just the thing for you: the list of the best LEGO games 2026.

What are LEGO games?

In this list you will find games, expansions, promos, etc. from the "LEGO Games" family of games or Lego branded toys as theme or gameplay. The toy itself does not have to be part of the game.

2 options: Games by LEGO and Games with LEGO

"LEGO Games" is a series of buildable board games for children, the concept was originally developed in LEGO's secret ConceptLAB. The initial launch consisted of ten games in five standard-size boxes, developed under chief designer Cephas Howard (advisors on the overall project include game theorist Bernie DeKoven and Reiner Knizia, who also designed Moon Command and Ramses Pyramid with Cephas). They mark LEGO's first concentrated attempt to enter the tabletop game industry, and are distinguished from games previously published by the company by their standardized packaging and use of almost exclusively LEGO parts for components (including a LEGO cube designed specifically for the series).

This category also includes games that incorporate Lego bricks into the game concept – and do not necessarily have to come from LEGO itself.

Examples of LEGO games 🧱

A good example of a LEGO game is Star Wars: Battle of Hoth.
