What is the Unmatched series?
Unmatched is a miniature dueling game with fighters of all kinds - they come from book pages (Sinbad), from screens (Buffy), from the big screen (Jurassic Park) to the stuff legends are made of (Bruce Lee). Each hero has a unique set of cards to match their fighting style. You can mix and match fighters from any set of Unmatched. But remember, there can only be one winner in the end.
How does Umatched play?
Unmatched is a highly asymmetrical miniature fighting game for two or four players. Each hero is represented by a unique deck reminiscent of their style and legend. Tactical moves and hapless battle resolution create a unique gaming experience where expertise is rewarded, but just when you've mastered a set, new heroes arrive to provide all new matches.
Battles are quickly resolved by comparing attack and defense cards. However, the unique effects of each card and a simple but deep timing system lead to interesting decisions every time. The game also includes an updated version of Tannhäuser's line of sight system for ranged attacks and area effects.
