The best marble games 2026

Looking for a really good game whose central game element is marbles? We have created list of 30 best marbles games.

What are marbles?

A marble is a small ball-shaped toy made of glass, clay, steel, plastic or agate, for example. These marbles vary in size. Most often they are 1/2 inch to 1 inch (1.3 to 2.6 cm) in diameter, but they can be smaller than 1/30 inch (0.111 cm) or up to over 3 inches (7.75 cm) - some art glass marbles for display purposes are even over 12 inches (30 cm) tall.

What are marble games?

For us, marble games are parlor games (including expansions, promos, etc.) where marbles are used in the game. And real marbles as components of the game or game principle, not just pictures or the subject of marbles. Most people will be familiar with Abalone, but there are many great new game concepts that incorporate marbles as a central game element (e.g. Gizmos or Potion Explosion).
