The “modell-hobby-spiel 2024,” hosted by Leipziger Messe, took place from September 20 to 22, 2024 for the 27th time — this time under the new name “Hobbymesse Leipzig 2024.” In the list below, you’ll find all nominations and winners of this prestigious award. Eligible games must have been published in Germany within the two years prior to the award ceremony. This means that only board games released between summer 2020 and summer 2024 in Germany could be considered for the Graf Ludo successor.
The next edition, the 28th Hobbymesse Leipzig, will take place again in Leipzig from October 3 to 5, 2025.

The “Spielerpreis der Hobbymesse Leipzig” was presented for the first time in 2024 as an audience award. All publishers represented at the fair were eligible to participate and could nominate up to two games each. During the fair, from September 20 to 22, 2024, visitors had the opportunity to try out these games on site and vote online for their favorites. A total of 34 games took part in the competition.
